At WAO Fitness we welcome people of all ages and abilities. We offer a variety of classes to get you moving. WAO Fitness is HYROX and CrossFit affiliated. We are home to WAO CrossFit and CrossFit Kids.
Our Locations:

Media Circle: Vibrant, air-conditioned workouts for all classes, including afternoons.

Dempsey: Unique open outdoor training immersed in nature, ideal for all classes, especially HYROX.

Punggol: Outdoor fitness by the scenic Sungei Punggol River and the lively Punggol East Container Park. We offer classes focusing on Hyrox and strength & conditioning.
